(Google Cloud Platform provides the physical servers and network infrastructure for Clivio. Data is stored in Google’s Belgium (EU) data center, as noted in our Privacy Policy.)

If you experience any technical issues with the site, you may contact us (the publisher) using the contact details above. The hosting provider should not be contacted except for legal reasons such as reporting abuse originating from our site, and even then, please inform us as well.

Intellectual Property Notice

All content, trademarks, and logos on the Clivio site (except user-provided content) are the property of Félix Boittin or our licensors. Reproduction or representation of the site (in whole or in part) without permission is prohibited. This includes the Clivio name and logo, which are protected. User-uploaded content remains the property of those users (see Terms of Service, User Content section). If you believe any content on the site infringes intellectual property rights, please notify us at the contact email.

Personal Data & Privacy

Clivio collects and processes personal data of users in compliance with GDPR and French Law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (modified) relating to data processing, files, and freedoms. Please refer to our Privacy Policy above for details on how we handle personal data, the purposes of processing, legal bases, data recipients, retention periods, and your rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection, etc.). Félix Boittin is the data controller for personal data collected via Clivio. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) given our current scale, but for any privacy inquiries, you can reach us at contact@clivio.app. We have registered our data processing activities internally. (As of now, no CNIL declaration number is required because standard compliance under GDPR replaces the old declaration requirement.)

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure its proper functioning and to analyze traffic.
